Terms of Service

By accessing, browsing, or using the MR AI platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to abide by all of the foregoing, you may not access or use the Service. MR AI reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

MR AI is a Forex & Crypto Intelligence Platform that provides market data aggregation, sentiment analysis, economic calendar tracking, AI-powered research, trade signal generation, COT (Commitment of Traders) reports, and real-time monitoring of 35+ global data sources including cryptocurrency exchanges, forex data, economic indicators, and news feeds. The Service includes the following core features: (a) Real-time market data aggregation from leading crypto exchanges and financial data providers; (b) Sentiment analysis powered by AI algorithms analyzing market social media, news, and on-chain metrics; (c) Economic calendar with scheduled economic events and their historical impact; (d) Trade signals and LPS (Liquidity Pool Score) analysis available on paid tiers; (e) AI research agent for contextual analysis and recommendation generation; (f) COT reports for derivatives market positioning; (g) News aggregation from 50+ news sources; (h) API access for programmatic integration (paid tiers only). Free-tier users receive limited signals (5 per day), 5 calendar events, and 10 news items daily. Starter tier (₹999/month) provides full calendar access, unlimited news, COT reports, and email alerts. Pro tier (₹2,499/month) adds LPS scores, AI research agent, priority support, and API access with higher rate limits.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service and must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these eligibility requirements. MR AI is currently available globally without geographic restrictions, except where prohibited by applicable law. We reserve the right to restrict or deny access to the Service in jurisdictions where we determine doing so is necessary for legal compliance or business purposes. Users may be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification or provide additional identity information to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and sanctions screening requirements in the future.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your password and any authentication tokens. You agree to notify MR AI immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. MR AI is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your credentials. Account sharing, login credential sharing, or allowing unauthorized persons to access your account is prohibited. Each account is personal to you and may not be shared with others, sold, transferred, or used for multiple users. MR AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund. If we detect suspicious activity, unusual access patterns, or potential compromise, we may require re-authentication, temporarily restrict access, or permanently suspend your account at our sole discretion.

MR AI offers three subscription tiers: (a) Free Plan — ₹0/month, limited signals, 5 economic calendar events daily, 10 news items daily, community support; (b) Starter Plan — ₹999/month (or equivalent in other currencies via Stripe), unlimited economic calendar events, unlimited news, COT reports, email alerts, and standard support; (c) Pro Plan — ₹2,499/month, all Starter features plus LPS (Liquidity Pool Score) analysis, AI research agent, priority support, and API access with extended rate limits. Billing is charged monthly on a recurring basis through Razorpay (for India) or Stripe (for international users). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Refunds are not available for partial months or unused subscription time. Cancellation stops automatic renewal at the end of your current billing period, but you retain access to your subscription features until that date. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a reasonable notice period. MR AI reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice, effective for new subscriptions and renewals only. Existing subscriptions will honor the stated price until renewal. All payments are processed securely through our payment processors, and their separate terms apply.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behaviors include: (a) Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code of any proprietary algorithm or feature; (b) Scraping, crawling, framing, or extracting data from the Service using automated tools, bots, or scripts without prior written authorization; (c) Redistributing, reselling, or republishing data obtained from the Service without explicit written permission; (d) Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations; (e) Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or circumvent any security measures or authentication mechanisms; (f) Attempting to disrupt, overload, degrade, or attack the Service infrastructure or servers; (g) Using the Service to develop competing products or services; (h) Violating the intellectual property rights of MR AI or third parties; (i) Transmitting malware, viruses, or any other harmful code; (j) Using the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others. API rate limits apply as follows: Free tier — 100 requests per day, maximum 5 requests per minute; Starter tier — 10,000 requests per day, 100 requests per minute; Pro tier — unlimited requests within fair-use guidelines (1,000 requests per minute burst, 50,000 daily). Exceeding rate limits will result in temporary blocking (24 hours) and potential account suspension for repeat violations.

All content, design, algorithms, trade secrets, trademarks, logos, branding, and proprietary systems within MR AI are owned by MR AI and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, sublicense, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission. The Service includes data and feeds licensed from third-party providers, including but not limited to CoinGecko (cryptocurrency pricing and metrics), FRED (Federal Reserve Economic Data — US economic indicators), Finnhub (financial news and company data), Yahoo Finance (historical pricing), CFTC (Commitment of Traders reports), Alpha Vantage (forex and stock data), and various cryptocurrency exchanges. Your use of the Service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not permit you to resell, sublicense, or distribute the Service or any data contained therein.

MR AI does not provide financial, investment, trading, or legal advice. The Service is for informational and research purposes only. All data, scores, signals, sentiment analysis, recommendations, alerts, and analysis provided through the Service, including but not limited to LPS scores, trade signals, sentiment indicators, COT analysis, and AI research summaries, are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information provided. You are solely and entirely responsible for all of your own trading, investment, and financial decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading and investing in forex, cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments carry substantial risk of loss, including the risk of losing your entire investment. Leverage, margin trading, and derivatives amplify these risks. Before making any investment or trading decision, you should conduct your own independent research, consult with a qualified financial advisor licensed in your jurisdiction, and understand all associated risks. MR AI is not registered as a financial advisor, broker, investment manager, or trading advisor in any jurisdiction. Signals and recommendations generated by our platform are algorithmic outputs based on historical data and machine learning patterns, and may not account for sudden market events, regulatory changes, or force majeure events. Use of the Service does not constitute investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall MR AI, its directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to: (a) Financial losses, trading losses, or losses arising from investment decisions made using the Service; (b) Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity; (c) Interruption or disruption of the Service; (d) Any inaccuracy or incompleteness of data provided; (e) Unauthorized access to your account; (f) Third-party actions or content. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if MR AI has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to MR AI in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim, or ₹0 if you have not made any payment. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so this limitation may not apply fully to you. In such cases, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at mr-ai.com/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. MR AI may collect information about your trading behavior, preferences, and interactions with the platform to improve our Service and for analytics purposes. You acknowledge that MR AI may share aggregated, anonymized data with third-party partners, regulators, or law enforcement as required by law or as permitted by our Privacy Policy.

Either party may terminate your use of the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination: (a) Your access to the Service is immediately revoked; (b) Your account and all associated data may be deleted in accordance with applicable laws; (c) Any unused balance on prepaid accounts will not be refunded; (d) You remain liable for any outstanding payments or fees; (e) Provisions of these Terms that are intended to survive termination (such as Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Intellectual Property) shall continue in effect. MR AI may suspend or terminate your account without notice if: (a) You breach these Terms, including engaging in prohibited activities; (b) Your account is used to engage in illegal activities; (c) We determine that your account represents a security risk or violates our policies; (d) You fail to pay outstanding fees after a reasonable notice period. After termination, MR AI will allow you to export your account data for 30 days upon request, after which all data will be deleted.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of material changes via email to your registered email address and/or through an in-app notification at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modifications, you must discontinue use of the Service.

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a single arbitrator. The arbitration shall take place in Bangalore, India, and shall be conducted in English. If the value of the claim is less than ₹5,00,000, the arbitration proceedings may be conducted remotely. Each party bears its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm. If arbitration is deemed invalid or unenforceable, disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bangalore, India, and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MR AI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to: (a) Your use of the Service or violation of these Terms; (b) Your breach of any law or third-party right; (c) Any trading or investment decisions you make based on information from the Service; (d) Your content or information you provide to the Service; (e) Any claim that your use of the Service infringes any third-party intellectual property right.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. If a severance would frustrate the essential purpose of these Terms, the parties agree to negotiate in good faith to modify the Terms to achieve the intended legal and economic effect.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and MR AI regarding the Service and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements. No other communications, representations, or agreements (oral or written) are binding unless signed by an authorized representative of MR AI.

MR AI's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of MR AI.
